In 2022 we launched Symphony Ecopress, a printed engineered stone crafted from a very-high quality hybrid material and developed by our engineers with the exclusive cutting-edge Phi 4R technology.

We successfully lowered the crystalline silica content to under 20% and reached a significant milestone: being the stone with the highest percentage of recycled materials in the market.

For the first time a technology brings a formula with up to 70% of recycled materials in the composition of the slab. This drastically reduces the generated respirable silica content, allowing for a manufacturing process that is much more sustainable and friendly for the environment.

Phi 4R technology allows for a manufacturing process that is much more sustainable and friendly for the environment. Almost the 100% of the water could be reused, with zero water waste in the process and no polluting discharges.

At Symphony Stone we are committed to a circular economy process. Our surfaces include up to 70% of recycled materials, such as glass, and premium minerals directly extracted from our quarries.

By reducing the use of raw materials, we achieve a signiﬁcant improvement in the use of post-consumer content. It results in less waste ending up in landfills and delivers a lower carbon footprint in the production of the finished product.

Symphony surfaces have no health risks to costumers and its handling by the workers is totally safe as long as appropriate measures are taken. Safety and health of the people that make Symphony possible is a priority for us.
