WE CREATE EVERLASTING AND SUSTAINABLE SURFACES THAT ENDURE OVER TIME

Phi 4R Technology applied in the crafting process of Symphony EcoPress results in an innovative, sustainable and durable product. A new vision committed to a greener future in the stone market.

Translucency equivalent
to real marble

With the highest light reflection and brightness of any engineered stone available.

Less water and
stains absorption

The non-porous nature of Symphony makes it highly resistant to absorption.

High scratch
resistance

Our hybrid formula provides an elevated scratch resistance to the slabs.

Ease of
fabrication

The fabrication process of Symphony Ecopress requires no changes in processing techniques when compared to traditional quartz surfacing.

A game changer:
Symphony Stone incorporates
70% of recycled content

In 2022 we launched Symphony Ecopress, a printed engineered stone crafted from a very-high quality hybrid material and developed by our engineers with the exclusive cutting-edge Phi 4R technology.

We successfully lowered the crystalline silica content to under 20% and reached a significant milestone: being the stone with the highest percentage of recycled materials in the market.

We are
pioneers

Our engineered stone surfaces were the first to incorporate recycled materials, such as glass, in their composition and they remain the engineered stone surface with the largest percentage of recycled content.

We care about our
communities

Symphony Ecopress is totally safe for consumers and so it is for workers during the fabrication process as long as safety measures and precautions are followed.

We are
future

We have created the ultimate technology to lead the stone sector. A firm step toward a more sustainable and greener horizon in the industry.

A REVOLUTIONARY AND
SUSTAINABLE FORMULA

For the first time a technology brings a formula with up to 70% of recycled materials in the composition of the slab. This drastically reduces the generated respirable silica content, allowing for a manufacturing process that is much more sustainable and friendly for the environment.

Phi 4R technology allows for a manufacturing process that is much more sustainable and friendly for the environment. Almost the 100% of the water could be reused, with zero water waste in the process and no polluting discharges.

All our surfaces are manufactured with this innovative technology that is based in four major pillars.

4R Formula

RECYCLE

We give waste a second life.

At Symphony Stone we are committed to a circular economy process. Our surfaces include up to 70% of recycled materials, such as glass, and premium minerals directly extracted from our quarries.

By reducing the use of raw materials, we achieve a significant improvement in the use of post-consumer content. It results in less waste ending up in landfills and delivers a lower carbon footprint in the production of the finished product.

Symphony surfaces have no health risks to costumers and its handling by the workers is totally safe as long as appropriate measures are taken. Safety and health of the people that make Symphony possible is a priority for us.

4R Formula

REDUCE

Less is more.

Less silica content in our surfaces. More security and safety for our communities.

The Phi 4R technology manufacturing process reduces the crystalline silica content in all our slabs to less than 20%. In comparison to traditional quartz surfacing, it is reduced up to 70%.

4R Formula

REUSE

Zero water-waste.

Environmental respect is key in the hole Symphony fabrication chain. 4R Technology reuses almost the 100% of the water required in the manufacturing process.

We treasure our home, the planet we live in, and its biodiversity. Symphony fabrication process is free from polluting discharges in rivers and oceans and performed zero water-waste

Phi 4R Technology makes it possible throughout our entire value process, form the use of recycled materials, to the reduction of the crystalline silica content, the harnessing of the water or the improvement in the use of post-consumer content. We’re committed to a greener future and we’re stepping forward in that direction.

4R Formula

RESPECT

Towards a greener future.

We believe that a more sustainable stone industry is possible, so we develop surfaces with a low environmental impact.

Symphony Stone COLLECTIONS

Symphony printed surfaces feature the first hybrid material in the kitchen countertops industry that incorporates 70% recycled components, reduces crystalline silica to less than 20% and keeps the surfaces stain-free with minimal maintenance.

Named after some of the world’s most popular operas, the Opera collection presents elegance and timeless beauty in the more classical patterns and brings freshness and character to the daring ones.

In music, harmony is the result of two or more distinct notes playing at once, creating something extremely beautiful. In this collection, elegant veins of different shades and shapes, against a well-defined backdrop lead to majestic creations.
