BEHIND THE PRODUCTION OF RGS

In 2017, Aurea Stone iniatiated and ambitious research process to gradually reduce crystalline silica form our surfaces.

Thanks to the revolutionary 4R Technology, implemented on Symphony by Aurea Stone, in 2020 we launched the first surface on the market with less than 20% of crystalline silica content.

Since 2024, an enhanced Phi 4R+ Technology produced all our slabs with crystalline silica-free materials through a complex and advanced formula.

REMOVE

We remove all the materials containing crystalline silica from our formula.

REUSE

PHI 4R+ technology reuses nearly 100% of the water required in the slab manufacturing process.

RECYCLE

Symphony is composed by up to 90% of recycled materials, such as glass.

RESPECT

By reducing the use of raw materials, we remarkably low the carbon footprint of the material production process.

Invisible to the naked eye, Nano Enhancement of Surfaces (NEOS) has been scientifically formulated to produce a hybrid protectant with physical characteristics that resist staining, keeps surfaces clean and guards them against everyday wear and tear.

The revolutionary NEOS Technology proves its effectiveness even with stubborn stains. Wine, coffee, tea or food coloring spills and stains are not a problem any more.

FOOD SAFE

The hybrid protectant that covers our surfaces is completely safe in terms on food handling. We have the NSF certification that guarantees the food safety of our products.

CHEMICAL RESISTANT

With NEOS, Symphony surfaces are protected against most common household chemicals. We recommend using neutral pH cleaners to keep your surfaces looking as good as knew.
